also, a good creative mode seed is 6608115148472904717 follow the ender eyes (fairly close) and it will lead DIRECTLY onto an ender portal.

@meurigjenkins - I'm not either, I only get music when I'm on the "entering the end" screen. Then no music.

To anyone above who complained about another pre-release.... /facepalm

Imagine this for a moment. Pretend that today is minecon and they are showing off minecraft 1.0 the finished product. Notch starts the game in a house... he tried to walk outside, and insert a faceplant on the wooden door here because there wasn't a prerelease 6 to find that bug.

They should try and squeeze out another pre-release early next week to make absolute sure it's good for minecon, but chances are if anything big is found at that time they won't be able to fix it, but at least they will know about it.

Time to use trapdoors...Yay enderdragon, though. But I thought minecraft was a game without a goal? Being able to kill an enderdragon and have the credits play isn't exactly "whatever you want."

But I'm not going to complain. Let Notch do what he wants.

This is the Beta... We're supposed to be dealing with bugs. We are technically beta-testers. There really is no reason why they can't just release the pre-releases as updates.
(Not supporting this mans explosion though. Not necessary.)
