Assuming this is your chip it supports OpenGL 1.5: IntelĀ® 82G965 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
First off uninstall TitaniumGL, make sure drivers are current and then try:
1) How to: Fix "Bad Video Card Drivers"

2) Create a text file called mc.bat containing:
java -Xmx800m -jar Minecraft.exe
Save mc.bat in the folder with Minecraft.exe
Run the game by double-clicking mc.bat

If you still have issues post a dxdiag:
1) Run 'dxdiag' (Windows + R), Click 'Save All Information'
2) Open dxdiag.txt, copy/paste up to Sound Devices in code snippet Posted Image tags.
