Is your RAM running in dual channel mode?
Did you try re-downloading the launcher?

What about deleting the bin folder in .minecraft and re-running the launcher? (This will uninstall any mods)

C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft

Updating Java?

Does it still happen if you take the new stick of RAM out?

What if you take the old stick out and put the new one in it's place?

And what happened? Same thing?

We're in pretty rough territory now, run a memtest with both sticks of RAM in.

Usually when people say "everything", they mean just the few things that they thought of. Props because you've actually tried all this stuff.

Now try it again, and in a different order.

You've done everything? How long did the memtest take to finish?

I'm just asking generally, how long did it take? Few seconds? Few minutes? Few hours? Few days?

I'm trying to diagnose the problem.

In this case, you are lying and did not perform a memtest, as they do not finish near that quickly.

Please run a memtest, or do any previous steps that you did not do in order to get a diagnosis.

Lies.

Memtest takes much, much longer than that.

I repeat, do the other things I suggested first, then move onto that or a chkdsk.

See where lying gets you? Nowhere.

Y U SAY YOU DO IT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS???

Makes me think that you actually did not do any of the other things. Please do those, and then do a memtest.

I don't see why you should help. (S)He's obviously not putting any effort in and is lying when you try to provide help.

IMHO, not worth helping.
