For those who can't wait - why not making extra M2-cfgs with a similar worldgen than M3 will have?
So, they can now run M2 and update later without noticeable differences in how the ore will be generated.

Hey, i noticed a bug where when adding the Painterly Textures. In-game, the base metal's (Copper,Tin,Manganese, Bronze,Hepation,Damascus Steel, Angmallen, and Steel) Block forms do not show up. they are textureless. Is this a known bug?

Starting to do the alternative block and brick for alloyBase and tem jumping to fantasy

I have another cuestion Shadow: Have you played with the beacon? I mean, as its power is based on the blocks under the beacon, maybe you can make it more powerfull with the nether and fantasy blocks (if you haven't done this yet). So I think is a would idea to give a function to the blocks Posted Image

Also, I would like to know how strong are ender metals (in terms of what can you mine with them, etc) because they are not in the chart :(

The ore is pick level 4 (diamond level) and the alloy is level 5. they have 1000 and 1800 durability respectively, and have some of the highest enchantabilities.

Of course Celenegil is the best enchantment to tier metal in the mod currently. Though it's pick lvl is only 6

Beacons are something I've been watching for a long time, when Forge gets a beacon hook I'll look into it.

It requires Orichalcum and Platinum to make ;) two rare metals.

Also, 6 is high enough to mine anything just about.
