Thanks, but thats gonna take like a year to sort out and its semi impossible to read. Is there a part where there is just the permission nodes and not any of the commands etc.?

I have a spreadsheet that I use to keep perms handy. It has a worksheet for each plugin and includes commands, their corresponding perm nodes and a description of the command. It's all copypasta from the wiki's, but it's very helpful.
I'm very new to all of this so it currently only has World Edit, World Guard, Command Book, PEX and Modify World.

I'm on my way home now, I'll post it in 30-40 minutes.
