2. How to get your map posted

Please follow directions correctly or your map won't be posted in this thread.

In order to get your map added to the Directory you must simply reply to this post with your map information in the format below.

The system is designed so that I can update the maps much faster, please follow the directions.

Directions:
1.  Copy EXACTLY what is inside the code box (including the html tags) and post it in your reply.
2.  Fill in your information where you see an X.
3.  Leave the Rating section blank!

*You must provide an image or video, *ONLY ONE*

*Work in progress (WIP) are no longer allowed. Please finish your map first then post it to the directory.

*Don't put (me) in the creator section, just type the name as you want it to be displayed

*Don't just give me a link, I am not going to dig through your post to find the information.

*Your map must have a thread here on the Minecraft forums. That should be what you use as your "Thread Link". I will not link directly to a download on media fire for example. Please do not ask me to search or otherwise look for your thread.

*Please be aware that I will have several well known and respected map reviewers checking out the maps. A map does not have to be perfect to stay on the list, however if they tell me that a particular map is of low quality and looks like it was slapped together in 5 minutes then it will be removed. This thread is for the best custom maps.

3. Ratings

There will be ratings that are part of each map listing. These ratings will be given to me by well known and respected map reviewers. The lead reviewer will be Rsmalec. He has reviewed over 150 maps and created an incredibly in depth and comprehensive system for giving scores. There are five parts of his scoring system; Creativity, Detail, Story, Difficulty, and Progression. He also gives detailed explanations on why a map receives a particular score in each of the areas.

Although reviews are subjective and opinions can and will vary on what map is the "best". His rating system will give a fairly good idea on what you can expect from a map.
Details on the rating system can be found here.

Note on Ratings: I do not have anything to do with what rating a map receives. I simply post the rating that is given.
