Okay, so I can download it just fine. I can get every other mod to work in the pack. But, when I hook it up with redstone to a lever, button, etc, the redstone lights up and the pump has the redstone bits floating near the bottom. I doesn't work and I've tried many things. Also, I did the config file thing, but the file was already correct.

1>make/spawn a mining machine(the one that digs a 1x1 hole)
2>put a redstone engine right next to it.
3>power the engine with a lever
4>hook pipes up to the top of the miner leading to a chest.
5>flip the switch(sometimes it takes awhile to start pumping, i recomend a steam engine for the miner though because its a TON more efficient!)
Hope this helps

Well i had the EXACT same problem you are having when i downloaded the pack. Heres the thing, if the redstone bits are coming off of it that means its working heres how i got it to work.
