Can someone here explain to me why when I downloaded this pack, I got these crappy water and lava textures;
Spoiler
but AntVenom has the texures that are a 32x version of the originals in THIS video
If you all you are going to do is criticize the quality of the lava, then why bother installing this pack. Leave.

Because you didn't follow the installation instructions correctly.

Hey! I LOVE your pack and I am currently playing a mod pack similar to Tekkit/Technic. If I use your basic pack on a modded jar without, some of my blocks look really wierd: http://tinypic.com/r/2wdyaf5/6.

Any help from anyone would be great! I love this pack!

I am using optifine for the HD packs and also this SAME file works fine on a non modded minecraft!

Thanks!

Edit: If anyone has successfully replicated Antvenom's version of Faithful please post it!

To get the textures to look like what AntVenom had you have to have optifine installed because you have to change a few settings to get them look like they did in his video. You have to turn clear water on then set water and lava to dynamic.

it already has that, check the mod section.
optifine's new vertical connected textures would be a nice addition though
