Hows all the coding going??

Jeez, what's with all these base classes modifications?

Are they really necessary for just one block?

Becouse it's use a Display-Gui, it's more then only a Block...:

Item.java is acy.class (used by the Mystic-Stone)
TileEntity.java is bq.class (used for mapping)
EntityPlayerSP.java is di.class (used by the Gui)
CraftingManager.java is sl.class (used by the Recipes)
EntityPlayer.java is vi.class (used also by the Gui)
Block.java is yy.class (used by the Recycler-Block)

Perhaps there is a smarter way to script this, I don't know (my basic programming language is PHP for Web and a little bit C++).
I thought the normal Version for those, who don't want to download 100 other programms to only run one Mod and the Modloader-compatible Version for all the other (including myself).

Hello everyone...

It's a speed-update... No Version-Number-Change, no new features, no description on the Forum-page... Only thing I changed is the Mystic Stone:
Form
:DBlock: :DBlock: :DBlock:
:DBlock:  :DBlock:
:DBlock: :DBlock: :DBlock:
to
:Diamond: :DBlock: :Diamond:
:Diamond:  :Diamond:
:Diamond: :Diamond: :Diamond:
.
I know, it's using 16 Diamonds, but I think a Enderpearl surrounded with Diamonds allready used by an other Mod.

Little warning: If you now recycle the Mystic Stone in the new Version, it give out only 16 Diamonds, irrelevant you already had it before, so if you own a Mystic Stone RECYCLE YOUR STONE BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE NEW VERSION OR YOU WILL LOST MORE THEN 7 DIAMONDBLOCKS!!! I assume no liability.
I sorry I didn't found a way to make it possible to recycle the old one for its value <_< .

If you need an older Version to regain your Diamonds, just send me a Message and your Mailadress.

And now: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Vorsicht!

New Version online, I also tried to solve the problem which sometimes appear at the download (it's a free-host and not really stable)...

Be careful, one of the Recipes changed (Mystic Stone)!

By the way: Sadly, I have no time to expand the Mod, so... If someone want to reliably continue this Mod (and extend), please send me a Message :) .
(You can get the Source-Code from decompiling the Mod or just ask ;) .)

Are you sure that SinglePlayerCommands and Forge crashing the Recycler (or vice versa)?

I think, you may using the "Recycler" which isn't compatible with any other Mod (as stated in the description more than once...); Use "ModLoader-Recycler" instead!

I'm using my Mod with:
ModLoader
ModLoaderMP
Forge
SinglePlayerCommands
Buildcraft 2.2.12

and it work with no problems...

If it also work with GUI API... I don't know Posted Image ...

What do you do, before the error appears?
Which Version you use (Version-number, do you use the ModLoader-Recycler, ...)?
Do you get an Error-Message?
What System do you run (Windows, Mac, Linux, ...)?

Updated to Version 1.2.3. Sorry it took so long Posted Image .

I had to replace the English video (it was removed from youtube). Sorry about that. Fortunately, there is a German video about the Mod - you will find it at the "Spotlight"-sector.

Heyho! I implemented a new Part! Now you can use a... No, I will not tell it... Find it out yourself.
A little tip: I talk about the rarest Block in (unmodified) Minecraft. Now you can use it as a very powerful fuel for the Recycler. But be warned: Every time you recycle something with it, it get a 1:100000 Chance to destroy your world! This isn't a joke!
Do not worry, however, you can use it without that block and nothing (bad) happens...

I want use this moment to thank all the Downloaders, particularly:

The 150 Downloader at 2011-12-14 12:21:58 UTC Posted Image ;
The 200 Downloader at 2011-12-24 02:31:01 UTC Posted Image ;
Whew! Thank to the Downloader 250 at 2012-01-25 00:31:27 UTC Posted Image ;
The 300 Downloader at 2012-02-18 11:22:46 UTC, who downloaded it three times Posted Image ! (Multiple Downloads only count as one...)

Huhu!

Update to 1.2.5, added two new recycables (cauldron & glass bottle) and the possibility to use shift-click.

I'm sorry, I skipped 1.2.4 because I was celebrating my 20's birthday for a week and afterwards became ill (flu, not hangover Posted Image ).

Edit (17 April 2012):
Some new Bugfixes, especially the "only one recycler per world"-one.

Hi Haligaliman, thank you for your error report.
I've downloaded ModLoader and Forge 4.0.0.240 (Build 240) to recreate this error. I'm not sure, what causing this bug and I'm too ill to check it at the moment, but I've found a solution.

Solution:

Download and install Forge 4.1.1 (stable/recommended Build 251), you can find it here.

Please check your other mods on compatibility issues with Forge 4.1.1 before installing it!

Let me know, if this solution worked for you (and of course, if not) Posted Image .

Thanks, but now i get: duplicated ID Recycler.
I think its because theres already a recycler in the industrial craft 2 mod.
Could you make me a version, where the recycler is called Recycler2?

Sadly, this wouldn't work either. CJB's Mod also include a Recycler... These three Mods (ModLoader Recycler, CJB Items & Industrialcraft 2) always collide. I'll add a incompatible warning to the topic.
Also, I soon provide a Patch-file to bypass this problem. I send you a forum message,
once it's done.

Until then, you may should try CJB's Recycler, it does almost the same...
But I don't know, how you can solve the IC2/CJB incompatibility, I'm sorry.

Hey, I made an English video spotlight for the mod.

I really liked the mod, but the recycler seems much too slow without the mystic stone. Perhaps, you could make it so that it uses up the fuel, but it goes faster. For example, redstone could take one minute, and the ender pearl could produce the same speed as the mystic stone, with the mystic stone giving infinite uses. I'd also like to see a few more items being able to be recycled, like pistons/sticky pistons and stairs.

Apart from that, amazing mod! I'd love to see it be developed further!

Hi Ultrablobman

Thank you so much! I've added your video to the spotlight-section.

I know, it's very slow. I decided to create something that consume nothing but time.
On the other hand, I was a bit afraid of uploading a Recyler by accident which using the "test speed" I was using from time to time... So I created the Mystic Stone. A save way to test for me and a time saving (but expensive) alternative for the player. But I will think about your suggestions.

I would like to see me adding more things too... But my Java programming skills range between horrible and terrible (pretty much like my English xD). And I'm seriously scared about adding such a big deal like multiple output or a fair "damaged tools" handling. Nevertheless, I plan to add them ;) .

Thank you for your support Posted Image !

And an other Update (to Minecraft 1.4.5).
I was really close to stop updating my Recycler. But the news about the Mod API gave me new courage. If it does what it promises, I will call the "unlisted block" and (maybe) the "Easter egg" by name. Further, I will add new content, perhaps already this week. Enjoy :) !

Viel Spass :) !
