Astonishing work, Misa. I'll be sure to add this to my favourite texture packs, and the mobs textures will get used exclusively from now on - thanks very much. :Bacon:

Did you redo weapons and items too? If so pics please.

Yep. Check the raw previews near the download links to see 'em. Any images that I felt were way too large for the forums or just too technical I provided links only to.

To make sure all of a large image is viewable in a post, use [img][/img] instead of . This will cause the picture to be shrunk down just enough to fit on the post.

Amazing; Thank you for your hard work!

Just one quick question:

Does it work with Biomes? I.E. Does your grass, leaves and such, change color according to the biome area?

Only thing holding me back!

Thanks so much!

gravel is the only bit of terrain I don't really like. Too much like sand, I prefer the more greyscale look seen in most other packs. I also wish half blocks were a little lighter than smooth stone, as in the standard textures.

It all looks stunning

Absolutely! That was one of the first things I adapted to the Halloween Patch. Grass changes are fairly subtle though to make up for the fact that the side view of grass is currently unaffected by biomes. So mostly you'll just get some slight yellowing in dryer/colder regions.

Tree foliage has a pretty dynamic range though and can go from bright green in tropical areas to brown near desert areas and almost greyish near arctic areas. I plan to expand on this further to produce even more color variance in the future.

Amazing stuff here Misa, probably the only texture pack besides mixcraft that ive used for more than 5 minutes lol. My only complaint is the block icons, they are a bit tough to distinguish whats what.

First time posting a picture dont kill me if I messed it up lol.

So i posted that picture to see if you think my textures look like they are supposed to. I think I did something wrong they do not see as sharp as they do in your screen shots. If its normal awesome if not any advice would be very welcome xD.

Again thank you very much for the work you put in this texture pack.

as many have stated everything looks great but i don't think the look of the ores are all that appealing it just looks like they are kind of pasted on it doesn't blend well with the rest of the rock, like it just looks like BAM there is some ores ya know... maybe something subtle and possibly all the ores in a same general look idk.

It's pretty cool to see my work in use by other players. Thanks for the screenshots. :) And yeah, that's how it should look. The reason my screenshots look so smooth is because they're shrunken down from a much larger resolution. Also I was running 8x Anti-Aliasing on my video card. If you have a modern video card, force on AA and you'll notice a big improvement.

Awesome texture pack, Misa. A few feedback items/questions if you don't mind:

- I'm having a bit of a hard time distinguishing Stone/Iron/Diamond tools from each other in-game. Any chance of distinguishing the design or coloring further? I.E. Stone items could have a cruder look to them, etc.

- I am getting some visual artifacts around torches and was wondering if anyone else is:

The item icons were rushed together at the last minute just to release a complete texture pack, I definately plan to eventually redo a lot of the icons and make each weapon/tool have a unique shape.

As far as those visual artifacts, I'm guessing you need to do a clean re-install on a vanilla minecraft.jar using the HD fix set to 64x64. I had a similar issue with artifacts when I first dabbled in texture packs that were above 32x32 and I'm pretty sure that's what fixed it for me. If they persist, I'd mess around with video card settings, perhaps disabling anisotropic filtering. Basically the problem is likely either with the client or the video rendering, not the texture pack itself, so those are the places I'd look for a solution.

I think I have just one or two issues with the whole pack.
Moving lava and water doesn't tile very good with still lava and water, they look too different. I would prefer if they looked the same just with the animation on the moving lava and water.
I also think the gravel should be more grey than sand color as it is now.

But overall your pack is really awesome

Any way to get cobble bricks and a bright spider? I use those two options on Painterly because I think the cobble looks good and the spiders stand out. =)
