If you require installation instructions, have a look at this thread.

Important note: You must patch Minecraft with the latest version of MCPatcher or Optifine to stop animations on the wrong blocks, to ensure proper font rendering and for Defscape's grass and water colours to work properly!

Please patch Minecraft with MCPatcher or Optifine before installing this pack.

For this release, there are a few things to note: First up, I will be releasing the 64x version first, with a 32x version coming later. I have decided to phase out the 16x version for a number of reasons, in part due to minimal downloads but mostly because the 16x resolution doesn't reflect Defscapes HD image. Second point to note is, there are bugs in this release when using vanilla Minecraft. Most notably, strange biome colours and pixellated, buggy clouds.

Download Defscape 64x 2.5 via mediafire (15mb)

Please note: Defscape 64x and 32x are best displayed with a monitor resoution matching or higher than 1920x1080. This guarantees the best experience. Anything lower than this and the items, the survival gui and the font may appear slightly distorted/jagged.

Reminds me of faithful a bit, but this has some cool textures, definitely trying it out ;)

I think this is trully an HD version of the texture pack, except, make the sand more sandy...  Will try this out though, good job.

This looks very much like soartex, did you use any of his textures? It looks nice, btw.

Thanks :).

This is 100% original, but soartex is one of the packs that inspired me.

I really like smooth HD packs, so this is my attempt at my own :).

Yeah, as it stands, sand is quite light. I might make it darker in the next release. It will have to match with sandstone though, roughly!

I like it all, but the crafting bench has to much going on, on it.

Haha, yeah, other people have mentioned this too. I'll probably cut the amount of icons on it by half, maybe just leave tools and armour items on there :).

Thanks :). Yeah, soar does an amazing job. Unfortunately his pack wasn't quite what I was looking for in Minecraft, so Defscape was born ;).
