ravine open at surface level, goes straight down to bedrock with abandoned mines and caves
x 500 z -1600
x 640 z 315... fly to that exact coordinate and look straight down, should see a hole in the bottom of the ocean...that leads to a large room of the stronghold. get ready to explore, its pretty big. wood doors open by touch, lighter doors have switches you have to push to open.
x -145 z -803. dig straight down, this will drop you into a cave. youll need to follow this cave till you get to a large round room, with 2 caves entrances..take the rightmost cave. eventually youll reach a junction that goes either left or right. go left, you should be able to see a well lit room that looks like a library. it might not look right tho, because theres lava at the bottom of the room and it burned up most of the bookcases and wood floors. theres 2 chests in there with books and paper. explore that stronghold, its connected to another ridiculously huge abandoned mine.
and found the third!
ravine at x: -838, z:763. if you look down, youll see a lavafall on one end and a lot of empty space after that. if you explore around that space, youll eventually see the iron gates leading into the stronghold. its really dark down there, bring lots of torches. this one has an intact library
abandoned mine shafts:
x 966 z 165. dig straight down thru the sand
x 1096 z -239, swim straight down at that exact coordinate.
x 20 z -900, dig a few blocks down to a large cave...nearby is a massive underground ravine that crosses a very large network of abandoned mines...lots of stuff to explore, saw a few chests a well, one i opened had several iron, gold bars and redstone in it
still cruising around, theres many more abandone mines, they are freaking huge, would take days to explore it all. looking for more strongholds tho, more to come as i find them
and for the doubters:
