Liquid Tanks

Posted Image

Are you sick of having to venture back down into your dark, monster-infested mineshaft just to get that lousy bucket of lava? Are your tired of constantly traveling between your home and the sea just to get that bucket of water? Are you fed up of having to leave the safety of your home just to find that damn cow?

Well now you dont have to be!

Liquid Tanks is the first of hopefully many mods i am making. Simple, but very useful, it allows you easy access to all your favorite liquids, without having to leave the safety of your own home. All you have to do is put together some relatively easy to get items, (Recipes below) and you will have your very own Liquid Tank. (With your liquid of choice) You can place this block anywhere you see fit, and whenever you are in need of a certain liquid, just right click whilst holding a bucket on its respective tank. It's as easy as that!

Please note that this is my very first mod. While it may not appear very exiting to some people, it was a major leap for me. Hopefully i will be making tons more mods with the knowledge i have gained so far. Please feel free to compliment, talk about, critisise or suggest new ideas below :D

Pretty good idea, but I'm sure 99% of the people who are going to mod Minecraft will have TMI or some sort of inventory editor anyway

Awesome.
But does every tank only hold 6 buckets in total, since you craft it with 6 buckets?
+1 and a :iapprove: for you.

Each tank holds an infinite supply of its specific liquid. It is designed to make your minecraft experiance that little bit more easier ;)

You're right, but for example I have only TMI for building materials like stone, bricks, then this is a great mod, good work Mikey

True, but TMI feels kind of cheaty to me, and most people dont use it on their main survival world.
Besides, you cant spawn milk buckets on TMI. :P
