The Link changes, but when you go to the old link, it'll redirect you to the new link for example my map link

As long as the Numbers at the beginning "349570"stay the same (which it should all the time anyways) it'll always go to the same one.

No, no, no, you'll need to include the Nether Map or it won't work, since it will generate a new Nether map, you had that same problem on the Prince of Minecraftia when people tried to do the map together.

When you get to the Nether part, and enter it, the server doesn't have a Nether map to draw from so it creates it's own.

The map that's downloadable now (I updated it once for the spawn but didn't change the Version number) works the nether fine for me. I tested it on my local server =/, a friend of mine completed the map too and said that it worked fine.
But if it doesn't work for you, what file do you want from me? What part is the nether part?

If I may step in, a problem may arise if one person is using a vanilla server while the other person is using a Bukkit server. I do believe that the Nether doesn't transfer well between different types of servers. If this isn't the case, the Nether should be located in your main server folder with an annotation - if your main world is titled "better", then the nether world will appear in a folder labeled "better_nether". This of course only applies for SMP - Minecraft doesn't generate an explicit Nether folder for SSP.
Hope I was of some assistance. Cool looking map by the way. I had thought that I was the only one who liked making co-op maps. I'll be sure to play this with my friend when I can.
Also, you can really never get the spawns right with SMP maps - just wanted to share my experience
