Secret Rooms mod

This mod adds a variety of cool blocks that camouflage themselves to the surrounding world. All of these blocks have extremely useful functions that allow you to simply hide your diamonds, or punish all who dare try to get to them. Hidden doors, pressure plates, hidden levers and more! pay special attention to the revolutionary Ghost block. this block is visible in every way, but you can walk right through it. A fearsome trap for anyone who dares try stealing your diamonds with a floor made of this stuff over a pit of lava.

Blocks, recipes, and default BlockIDs

1) Hidden Lever
BlockID = 125

Works like a lever, looks like a bookshelf.

2) hidden redstone
BlockID = 126

Works like redstone, powers like it too, but doesn&#39;t connect to normal redstone unless it is through a redstone Torch or Repeater, or any such Block other than plain redstone.

3) hidden button
BlockID = 127

Works like a normal button, looks like a BookShelf.

4) Torch lever
BlockID = 128

Works like a normal lever, but looks exactly like a torch. It even sheds light.

5) OneWay Camo
BlockID = 129

One side camo, all the rest glass. Looks like glass in the inventory. When placed, camo side is either towards or away from you. This can be toggled with the BackSlash key, \.

6) Shelf Gate
BlockID = 130

Looks exactly like Bookshelves, but when its powered, it extends up to 10 blocks. Try for your self in an open area.
Its orrientation is the same as the OneWayCamo blocks.

7) ShelfGate Extension
BlockID = 131
-- NO RECIPE --
Looks exactly like bookshelves, but doesn't drop anything. Added to avoid book-farming from the shelfGate.

8) Camo TrapDoor
BlockID = 132

A TrapDoor that camouflages itself to the surrounding blocks. it is open-able with clicking or right-clicking, Be careful not to forget where you put it.

9) ShelfGate Extension
BlockIDs = 133 & 134 ItemIDs = 500 & 501

Doors that camouflage. AS usual, the iron doors are only openabble by a redstone signal while the wooden doors can be opened with a click.
10) Camo Paste
ItemIDs = 502

This item is an essential building block of all Camolfage blocks.

11) Ghost Block
BlockID = 135

You can see them, but walk right through them.
12) Secret Camoflage Lever
BlockID = 136

Camoflages like all the other "camo" blocks, but his one works like a lever.
13) Secret CamoFlage Button
BlockID = 137

Another Camo block, but works like a button.
14) Secret CamoFlage Redstone
BlockID = 138
Another Camo Block. but this one carries a redstone current just like normal redstone. Hoewver, it doesn't have the normal 15 block length limit. you can have these go as far as you want.
14) Secret Camo Pressure-Plates
BlockID = 139 & 140

These are very special camo blocks. when something passes over them, they emit a redstone signal. The wooden one on the left powers when anything goes over it. The Iron version on the right only provides power when a player passes over it.

this is a great mod the only thing that i can think of is the ability to disguise the bookshelf levers and stuff as any other block (i.e. cobblestone, wood etc.)

This looks pretty cool. But there's something I realized:

With what you have right now (but probably not what you have planned), you can make an SMP version of this using bukkit and no client-side mods.

Blocks:
No new blocks, just bookshelves and torches. You could then make a list of bookshelves that are actually switches, etc.

Crafting:
You could just use a command, and it would remove the materials from your inventory. Then, the next 9 bookshelves you place would be placed in the list of bookshelf switches, or you could cancel this before all 9 are placed using another command.

This would, of course, be a bit more complicated than the SinglePlayer version from a user standpoint, but still much simpler than installing a server and client side mod, and probably simpler to code, too.

Yeah... Ill try with the Bukkit plugin. Im not sure how I will make it though. I will however try to make it compatible with that one mod that allows both ModLoaderMP and Bukkit in the same server.
