It's ok, I think you should just choose between simple or detailed though, not both.

I am one of the Best Miners in Minecraft today, I do Not Cheat/Use Hacks because I can find ores Faster without them.

Actually Its Not Because I Made It From Scratch Using The Default Pack As A Template In Photoshop.

I think you should put a LOT more effort into your texture pack as this has been done many times before, it's not difficult to use the paint-bucket over every, single, freaking texture in the game then slap a "cartoony" label on it.
