I have been installing a number of mods, with very little problems, but I have begun to have conflicts, and black screen of death but when I( get the black screen of death it shows the mojang logo, and than goes black, when normally it just goes black, is this a conlict, or is it something else?

Are you using a high res texture pack? Your computer might not be able to handle it with the mods.
Don't make things too complicated.

If you are not bothered about losing your texture packs and mods etc then just delete .minecraft then load minevraft back up
