Look pretty cool! Don't know how to use it though.
A tutorial would probably be useful.

very nice, but i think it should be able to change the default one too... and i got some feedback:
1. there isnt any texturepack that can be 768 ;)
2. i think it should be able to make the texturepack back to the resolution you changed from, like if i got a 128x and changing it to 256x i cannot change it back to 128x
thats all for now, keep up the good work ;D

1) Ups, my bad. Have to change that.
2) That wouldnt be so easy. There are texturepacks out in the wild that have many different resolutions in various parts. for example: gui is 256 and terrain is 1024. There is no real basesize in that.

As for the default texturepack changing:
As of now, im planing on a function to create a new texturepack based on the build-in minecraft one.

Been having fun playing around with this!

I might actually end up creating my own texture pack with it someday as this makes it a LOT easier to do so!  And, I'm NOT just talking about a "mix" pack either.

Looking forward to future versions!

Im currently on my way creating a 3d model viewer for the editor.
As of know, you can open every skin on your harddisk. Choose a background color for watching.
Move the model around in all directions.
You can move the arms and legs with your mouse.
You can even switch of single parts, like the body, the left arm, etc...
You can load normal textures like the 64x32, but you can also load big, big textures.

I hope to release that on the weekend.
Lets see.
have fun
