Which website lets you download a legitimate virus-free copy of WinRAR 64-bit for free?

WinRAR is not free. You may be able to ignore the 40-day warning because their anti-piracy is complete shit, but the software is still commercial. 7-zip on the other hand is 100% free and supports more formats, plus the 7z format has better compression than traditional RAR.

Why don't Microsoft cut the bullshit and just include into Windows the ability to unzip RAR and 7z archives natively?
Don't fear the ripper.

Because their native support sucks. Too few options.

There is no such thing as legitamately downloading paid-for software for free.

Use 7-zip. Many more file types and free (possibly open source, can't remember)
Some people shouldn't be allowed near technology. We should just leave them in the bottom of the grand canyon with sticks as a tourist attraction.

Get PeaZip. Its free and open sourced. Don't need to pay for Winzip, this works just as well. :)
