MultiTools Mod!

HEY, introducing the MultiTools Mod, this mod adds 6 new tools into the game. a MultiTool for each material and then a special MultiTool if you Bind then all together with some obsidian! This mod requires modloader and uses item values 400-405.

multitools currently have the same damages as their original items except they can do all 5 things at once. they also act as shears. they last five times longer than an individual tool (same amount of time as all five tools used separatly)
the obsidian MultiTool adds up all the stats of the tools used to make it making it the ultimate tool but has a very high cost to make.

Idk why, but I thought the obsidian multitool would break stone faster.

i believe the term your looking for is "can you help me".

if your getting black screens its usually because you didn't delete the META-INF folder.
if you have deleted that then make sure you drag everything from the downloaded folder into you minecraft.jar, its that simple.

Dude, that's awesome, you should make it for the Aether mod too, like with the Gravitite tools and Zanote tools.

wow this looks pretty sick the idea of the ultimate muti tool lasting as long as all the pothers combined s a great idea but i have a question when you make a muti tool do they lst as long as everything that made them ex: diamond pick+diamond axe+sword+hoe+shovel=**** damage until it decays or does it only last as long as the item with the longest time until decay ex"diamond pick that would help and here is a suggestion make the ultimate muti tool that you have to use the others to make. have it be able to change color due to surroundings like if there is any diamond within 10 blocks it turns blue if any iron it turns grey but if there are multiple it changes colour to the most valuable


EDIT: Yay 1.8.1 support i love this mod nevr used minecraft without it on 1.7.3

yes, the multi tools equil five times the normal amount for that substance, eg diamond multi tool last the same time as five separate diamond tools. the ultimate multi tool is already made using the other five multi tools
i like the changing colour idea, i'll look into it.

thanks im using it right now this mod is really awsome it is in my top 5 but 1 porblem my sound stopped working when i was using this mod the only other things i am using are audio mod guiapi modloader tomanyitems and the newest verson of the portal gun mod any help

is it the sound for just my mod or the sound for the whole of minecraft? if it's just my mod then it's probably a bug i can fix if it's the sound for the whole of minecraft then i don't know what you've done :/
