Hey you! Read this:
Are your bricks/gold blocks/pumpkins on fire? Does the nether looks like water?

Fix these glitches with the HD patch!

Check out 42and19's awesome article about this pack:
"Enchanted brings a vibrancy and richness to minecraft that, in my opinion, has not been achieved before with any other pack."

http://www.examiner....nchanted-review

Used by the Yogscast!

Used by zXNoRegretzzXz!

Introduction:

Welcome to an Enchanted world.

This pack is meant to be a fusion of both Victorian elegance and fairytale mystery, taking inspiration from sources as diverse as Lord of the Rings and Beauty and the Beast (the old French tale, not the Disney movie).

I have done my best to make these textures work well both for your grand adventures and your colossal building projects, and there are numerous alts available if something does not suit your taste. Also feel free to suggest a new texture-- I have been know to grant wishes on occasion. Posted Image

Thank you Fredi333 for CTM textures, and thank you pete1061 for More Blocks textures.

Alternate Download Link (Planetminecraft)

You must have the correct version of the HD patch installed to use this pack!
Without the correct version of the patch (aka, one that matches your version of minecraft), the nether will become water, your gold bricks will be on fire, your compasses won't work, etc. None of these things are caused by this pack.

Get the patch here

I can see the Victorian, but I think it actually looks pretty good. I'd use it.

Everything is a bit to bright, if you toned it down a bit it would look more RPGish.
The cobblestone (assuming that's what it is)looks a bit weird.
And REMEMBER, ore's come in small bits not one large chunk.

But it doesn't look Victorian to me.
Check out mah Steam, we can play a game!

Yeah, I thought it looked a little bright too. But I'm not a big fan of 'dark' packs-- I don't want to have to squint to make out what things are. Not sure what to do about the brightness issue...don't want all the textures to have the same hue, after all...

Is there anything in particular that says 'RPG' to you?

I want this to be a 'lord of the rings' style fantasy rather than...well, a nintendo game.

32x :D

My favorite resolution. Just high enough for detail without being so high that everything looks staticy at a distance...or my computer crashes.

It's going to be released, never fear. Once I finish at least most of the terrain png. ....which could take a while.

The only thing Victorian-ish to me is the torches. Everything else is leaning on the RPG side, I'd say. :P

It looks like a pretty damn good texture pack, so far! X3

I was seriously thinking 64x here. Beautiful work without a doubt.

The lantern...amazing and definately Victorian, but the rest is leaning more to fantasy. But the quality is outstanding, especially that foliage...

Just keep motoring on and see how it turns out, dropping those things that don't seem to be Lord of the Rings enough, they'll always make excellent alts.

One to watch, definately. :iapprove: :Diamond: :Diamond: :Diamond:

Yeah, I was thinking that about the torches myself. But you know those lanterns the elves use in LOTR? I want to make something like that. But every time I try, it just...looks victorian. XP

I think it looks kind of Victorian, but also RPG. I think it's a really cool texture pack
Is a zebra white with black stripes or black with white stripes?
Duh, it's both. Different people will view it different ways.

Looks like a blend of both themes, but slightly more victorian. I really hope you continue making it! :)
