IMPORTANT!

For professional reasons, I won't be able to work on my mods anymore. I was hoping that after v1.0, Mojang would simplify the update process for modders or at least stop updating the game every two weeks, but it's not the case.
Here are the sources for those who would like to update themselves:
Kaevator SuperSlopes Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Timber Frames Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Wallpaper Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Hedges & Shears Sources Beta 1.7.3

Since the last version, SuperSlopes mod lighting doesn't match the game one.
You can use these sources for anything, you can also mix them to make a mod package.

I won't be able to answer to my message anymore (that won't change a lot!)
Cheers!

Description:

This mod will allow you to craft a new item: the wallpaper, and place it on your walls as a decorative texture.
This way, you can have two different faces of a block decorated with two different texture and customize the bedrooms of your house without having to add new blocks.
It is recommended to combine this mod with Timber Framing for door and windows frames.

Soon, Minecraft will be modified reality! I will download this soon, when my castle is done. Nice job.

Can you put wallpaper on your slopes from your super slopes mod? It would make even more possibilities.

I have a lot of requests to mix my mods together, but I like them to be independent... I'm afraid that making a big mod with all the possibilities would take too much time, generate many bugs and interest only a few people.

But... we never know!

You can add extra textures but it's not "very simple":
- You have to extract the file "wallpapers.png" from the zip -> /kaevator folder.
- You can then add/modify the textures as you wish: textures will be read from upper-left vertically.
- Place the file back in the zip.
- To tell that you changed the number of textures, open the "mod_Wallpaper.props" file in the .minecraft folder and edit the "nb_motives" value (default is 24).
- You can add up to 128 different textures.
- Default textures are 32*32, If you want to change this, just replace the file with one with different definition, it should be working as well.

If you created a nice wallpaper file, feel free to share it here, I will certainly add a section to download the different ones.

I've been looking for something like this for awhile. Is there a blankish wallpaper that can be dyed (to look like the wall was just painted)?.

Neat idea! I didn't get it at first, but it would make for some nice decorations.
Updates need to be a thing we want, not despise.
1.8, bring it on!

hum, I could have said that for a lot of different reasons.. but it basically means "I'm working on another mod and I don't have time yet for this one".
I don't get salary to make mods so if I'm not having fun updating a mod, I don't!
And I usually create/update a mod when I'm using it in the game.

Anyway, I don't know which mod you are referring to but I'm currently working on adding wool slopes to the slopes mod so I don't completely forget my other mods.

Sorry to come back on this, but I said a wrong thing before: you can add up to 256 different textures (not 64). The mod has currently 24, so there is plenty of room for improvement!
