IMPORTANT!

For professional reasons, I won't be able to work on my mods anymore. I was hoping that after v1.0, Mojang would simplify the update process for modders or at least stop updating the game every two weeks, but it's not the case.
Here are the sources for those who would like to update themselves:
Kaevator SuperSlopes Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Timber Frames Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Wallpaper Sources 1.2.3
Kaevator Hedges & Shears Sources Beta 1.7.3

Since the last version, SuperSlopes mod lighting doesn't match the game one.
You can use these sources for anything, you can also mix them to make a mod package.

I won't be able to answer to my message anymore (that won't change a lot!)
Cheers!

Description:

This mod has been developed for Norzeteus to help him construct old-style houses.
As it might interest some other players, I release it here and will add some features and frames progressively.

Changelog:
v1.5:
- Corrected a bug preventing you from destroying the frames.
v1.3:
- Changed the depth of door frames so that two of them will cover all the block
- Added several shapes: 1*1, 2*2 and 1*2 diagonals and cross without frame, 3*2 frame, 1*1 border frames.
- Added a new material: Steel ! Same recipe as wood, but with Iron Ingots
- Changed the icon of items.
- And last, but not least: the frames are now solid ! (except from the wooden and border ones)
v1.2:
- To edit a frame, you have to have a frame in your hand (or a dye)
- To destroy a frame, you have to have a frame or an axe in your hand.
- Added 2 door frames and large beams for internal structures.
v1.1:
- Burning the frames will turn them dark grey
- Added two shapes: 1*2 and 2*1 rectangles

This looks really nice. I'm always for mods that allow greater design diversity, and I think this is a rather good one.

I updated the link, it should be working better now.
I'm using adf.ly so you have to wait 5 seconds before downloading (look at the upper corner of screen).

Woah, great mod...I'd download, but I'm not building right now...But, I will if I ever need it, it's great.
I hope you're not expecting anything here. Because all there is here is text. Also, why are you even reading this pointless text? You know, forget it, stop reading this.

Great mod! If you're looking for ideas for new shapes, what about V and ^ shapes? And maybe more large pieces

The mod is now updated for MC 1.7.3
There was a bug which prevented you from placing a frame, but it's now corrected.
Have fun!

Any chance a 1.7.2 version can continue to be hosted? Not planning to update until the majority of mods are able to update. D:

I really am enjoying this mod.

Though I do have a small request which I think would improve it.

When you hold the 'beam' item you can browse trough the different frames using your mouse wheel. There is a similar mod for Bukkit that does so for paintings.

It also helps against unintentionally changing a frame when you're not holding a beam.

Keep it up!
