Scariest moment ever? In a deep cave when I placed a torch in one of the tunnels and right in front of me was a creeper. When I looked up, he was there staring at me chanting SSSSSS... and exploded me and my 13 diamonds ]:

Ah yes I remember it like it was 9:00 pm last night....oh wait.....it was. I had gone exploring the wilderness looking for any rare or tree items I could make into a new house on top of my giant one. Just to make a headquarters. Unfortunately I forgot I had thousands of wood peices in the cellar. I had explored for a day and started to head back. I checked my inventory. And what would you know I forgot my compass!I cussed out loud a time before I continued. Looking at the various landmarks I had passed before turning back. In a matter of a day....I was lost. 5 more days had passed. I could not find my house. And I wasnt done with my locator before I left. (a giant tower on fire) I was screwed. So i thought to myself (and i wasnt going to put peaceful on either!) I have to find shelter. About 3 days later I had built and underground tunnel and small checkpoints throughout the underbelly of my world. When I had unintentionaly breached the surface.......I was in my frond doorstep. Pretty ironic if you ask me.

I was exploring a large complex cave system, when I found 2 blocks of diamond ore:

i was standing on top of a tall tower i had just finished building and i was fishing for mobs, i hooked a zombie with my fishing pole and i pulled. i didn't expect the zombie to land right next to me. i died. i had 9 diamonds and i coulnt find my tower again until my stuff disappeared
