If I could hug you I would, I've been looking for a pack like this for months.

dude great texture pack but can you change the pine trees and the birch trees leaves lighter because it ruins the whole point of making it lighter :Zombie: :Leaves: :Leaves: :Leaves:

I'm really sorry, but Minecraft makes the leaf textures for birch/pine darker and it can't be changed with just a texture pack.  :(
It would need to modificate some of Minecraft's files, and i don't know how to do that.
Besides, it's also not allowed to distribute modified Minecraft files.

Anyways, the darker textures makes you not get confused over birch vs oak leaf  ;)  (They have the same texture, just birch is darker by default)

In fact it is a texture-related issue that can be fixed, it's in the misc folder of the textures, named "foliagecolor". You just have to make that the same color everywhere

This pack was made months ago, but i waited to post it until Minecraft supported custom biome colors without a patcher...

If you took the time to look into the texture pack, you will notice that both foliagecolor.png and grasscolor.png is entirely white, so no color tint will be applied to the light green grass/leaf.
Birch/pine is darker, and that can't be changed with foliagecolor.

You should change birch/pine trees/saplings to look like regular saplings.

Not really. Trees are trees. The pines might look weird, though.

I've said it before! I have played minecraft for a long time back in the "good 'ol days" too! Only I think the good new days are more appealing to me!

Sorry, but this is not possible anymore.
Minecraft now uses only one texture for all sides of the gold/iron/diamond block instead of 3 textures, like earlier  :(

For maximum nostalgia points you must change gold blocks, planks, and leaves to their original textures.

And use the original armor texture from when mobs were first introduced.
