This is going to be a completely random question, but is there anyway to make the image transparent so you could have transparent legs or arms, or whatever tickles your fancy, on your character? If so, through what program, etc?

No. If you make them transparent they will be black.

Could I have a dwarven King please? Beard, Dark hair, Dark clothing, Some form of crown. The honeydew style eyes preferably like I have on mine.
