Well i am making a map and simply the title says it all. The map is a adventure/survival in the the deepest floors of the pentagon. This map includes some really awesome challenges so far and i think it will turn out to be a very good map and i think most will like it. But it does require 2 mods being sdk's gun mod and the elevator mod. It may seem like amdrag but i assume you understand because i want to give it the most present feel i can giving because minecraft (obviously) isnt set in our current time. So i will also include a texture pack (fit for the pentagon).
           The map also has a really cool story line that im working on but i wont release much detail about it. So you are trapped in the pentagon and you are the 5th most known spy in the history of the military. They brought you down to the pentagon for questioning in the midst of getting you down there you hit your head and now you have amnesia. Will you get out? Hope it sounds cool please leave some advice/suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. When its out i will give a link to the official thread. Thanks for reading this far.

This actually sounds awesome, but I'll admit that I cringed a little when I read "They brought you down to the pentagon for questioning in the midst of getting you down there you hit your head and now you have amnesia."

But I do really want to give this a try.

Thanks for the feedback. But i am a bit confused, do you like the story or it "creeps" you out. Also the map's story makes sense and i wanted the map to feel like a spy movie. Also i wanted it to feel like the movie Eagle Eye or Salt if you have ever watched them. I want to give you some updates on the map so as of now i am at about 20% because i want to make this a large map that people can really have fun with so it will take some time but not much.

I like the concept, just amnesia is sort of done a lot. There's not really much else that I can think of to do instead, though.

Anyway, this sounds like so much fun. I can't wait.

Im glad you are so inthusiastic and i also dont know another word for amnesia i will grab my thesoraus though. Also if you want would you like to help work on it because i can put it on a server and we can do it reply if you want to and i will pm you the ip.

Anyway, this sounds like so much fun. I can't wait.

One more things guys does anybody have any banner skills because it seems like it would be a good idea for the map to have its own banner. Just and idea replay if you have any clue how to make one!

Ok this is another post that will be useful to you guys. It will include this is my To-Do List for today.

To-Do List
1.Start modernized texture pack.
2.Add some obsticals and brain games to the map.
3. Add more calls, Enemies, and guns.
4. I will leave this blank for now because it is a suprise.
5. Start the scale model part of the pentagon that i will use later in the map.
6.Add more to the story.
7. Find a synonym for amnesia.(Found Black Out)
8.Add more gifts.

Wow that sounds awesome right about now the pentagon is about 30% so once its done i will definatley post some pics. Also i am going to release a "beta" for the map and let you guys tell me what you want next etc. The map is definatley on the way but then again it is my first so it may be a little shaky that is why i am releasing/launching a beta or test run for the map. Im also tryin to decide if im only giving the beta to some people or everyone but most likely everyone. Leave me a reply with yiur thoughts if i should have a group of "beta testers" so the map is as awesome as can be. So also the map is going well and the todo list is close to done ,but far from finish. There will be a special boss scene at the end and im excited i hope you are too .

So i am pretty happy with todays progress. I have started the long grueling process of the pentgon. If you know what is looks like then you know this will take about FOREVER. Dont worry though i have a freind that is coming in to help me his name is world edit. This will only be used for the pentagon. I think ill have it done by tommorow and the rest of the buggy things. I will be releasing a beta soon so if you are insterested in being a beta tester leave me  some info and i will add you and give you a download link and you will be an official beta tester for The Pentagon. Thats pretty much all the info i have for you a this time. Its late night guys.

Bad news guys. When i went to back up the new creation (The actual pentagon) the minecraft saves file decided to not go inside. So i proceeded to delete the minecraft folder and move on with isntalling mods. So i now only have the map up to the pentagon but no pentagon is built. Now i am very angry so i plan to take a break from the map and start on a new one that i had an idea of. Tomb Raider. This will be the project i will work on until i feel like proceeding with The Pentagon. SO i apologize for my stupidity, but this may be a good thing because now i can start a project i have wanted to start for a while now. So partial good and bad news.
