I'm already downloading it, just from the screenshots you've provided I'm already hooked on it, it looks like a great texture pack :P

I like it, it's got a distinct 16-bit console style with the limited color palette. ;-}

good pack but needs more detail.(a bit). some colours are a bit hard on the eys(eg. the brown part of the cobblestone and side grass). nice pack so far. i myself is working on a texture pack as well. nice.

So... How long's it been since I last updated this thing? :S

Oh. It's updated, you say? Well, then. That's swell!\

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After a long hiatus, I have finally updated my texture pack (for 1.0.0)!
What's new, you may ask? Well, there's a lot more contrast and shininess, the wool textures look 10x cooler than before, flowing and still water are animated and much, much more!
Working on redoing some of the "meh" textures, inluding the cobblestone (because of the "red" bricks), the wood and the bookcase blocks.
I still have no clue what to do with the mobs, though. >_>
Freaking hell this is nice! I've genuinely fallen in love with it :D
It's exactly as specified:
Quote
A HALF-CARTOON/HALF-REALISTIC TEXTURE PACK!
You've captured this brilliantly, and yet the textures flow so well, many kudos.
I'd make you a deserving sig, but I don't believe I have the time (I'm lazy), but I can't wait to see more!
PS. Nice job on that new bookshelf I see up there :3
Let me just put this out there, I usually HATE texture packs that are TOO realistic. Yet this, this is cartoony/realistic GENIUS. Probably my new favorite texture pack. I'm even willing to do a video for it.
I just downloaded this and it's really nice. The only issue (if you could even call it that!) is that the wooden planks look a little bit too rusty and dark for my liking, but it goes with the rest of the texture pack, which is great.
Seriously though, well done on this, it's gorgeous. =)
Oh, trust me: I don't like 'em either. My favourite texture packs are Dustycraft, Eldpack and Jolicraft, which are all in that same mix of "not too realistic, but not too cartoony either." I especially love Dustycraft, which has been one of my biggest inspirations for my own texture pack since the very beginning. :)
Thanks. I really wouldn't mind a video of it, actually. :3
Before the release of version 1.3 (the latest), I'd been trying out different colour schemes for the planks. I concluded that if I wanted a lighter version, I'd need to completely redo them. I probably will in time. Just hang in there. ;)
... And thanks, too.
I'll try to get around to the video sometime after Christmas. But seriously, I love this texture pack.
