Thats way to expensive, in my opinion. Its hard to balance this stuff though, but i got an idea:
When you revive, you loose the most valueable thing in your inventory.
But then the value of things must be coded, and that may take some time....
Only an idea, though.

Hehe, true. The balance is tricky. In the meantime, i was thinking of using Lahwran's guiapi or a config file to change the hearts healed, as having 2 files is kinda messy.

Golden apples were a joke that notch added when he made the crafting system, back when minecraft was in indev. They are not a balanced and appropriate part of the game, they are a relic that pops up occasionly in dungeons. Comparing anything to a golden apple is like comparing the halo two pistol to the halo two Scarab Gun. They are easter eggs, not gameplay mechanisms.

Where red is redstone, halfstep is a button, and skelly is bonemeal (random logic FTW!)
Anyway, I'm using the 1 heart one, and I encountered something of a bug. I tried using an old seed of mine, and when it generated, I spawned with one heart. Killed myself with cactus just to test, and it stayed that way.
