Well since this was on SA I never thought about posting it here, but now that he has his own website for it I thought now was a good time to advertise it here.  Also I've been pm'd quite a bit about what pack I've been using in screenshots.  Please note, I did not make this pack, nor do I intend to take credit for it, all credit goes to Kas for making this wonderful texture pack.

The website for the Painterly pack and download links are located here: http://painterlypack.net/

Here's the awesome The Painterly Pack Customizer Tool.

Quote

This 'Painterly Pack Customizer' is a labor of love, with much of its code, refinement, testing and debugging made possible through the help of a variety of very talented programmers who have donated their time and code to the project - and I would like to take this space to thank Xax, Arc, and Deejay for all their help getting the customizer to where it is today.

Quote

I can be reached through rhodox@painterlypack.net for questions or comments. Please refrain from deluging me with requests for new textures and reskins, and read all the warnings at the top of the page to see if they answer your questions - thank you in advance.

Right now Kas has reskinned almost everything,  and the texture pack is pretty much finished.  He'll still be updating it for sure though, and check the website for all updated images.

You'd have to ask the creator Kas here:  rhodox@painterlypack.net

I'll edit the first post with the email

I agree, Dooku's was the first pack I've ever used, but the glitched/not animated lava/water didn't bode well with me.  After finding this pack I can safely say I will never change to another pack again.

Thanks, he's doing ok right now.  Ya I'll probably do it for the heck of it,  haven't been as busy lately since I leave for BMT in the next 2 weeks.  Luckily all updates will be on the website, so I don't have to worry about editing anything while I'm gone.

I will stay with doku pack. It's still better for me simply it's in HD well we call it in HD but it's in a higher res where this is smaller.

I also hate how people act like the bug is with Doku pack when it's minecraft that does not support the HD size images.

HOLY SHIT!

This is better than Emporrer's and Doku's COMBINED.
I develop games then lose the code and fail to release them.

Don't worry, I still like your pack! Although I'm probably going to use this pack to switch it up once in a while.

It's not that I blame Doku, I just don't like the high-res glitch in general.  I certainly would never bad mouth Doku's work, he's done great work.

This is what I've been using since I asked you about it via PM, Duffman. As much as I love Doku's pack, the bugs are just driving me nuts.

This manages to look great and stay at 16x16.

I combined this with Doku’s current release of his texture pack.
