how can i transfer items from one world to another?

i recently downloaded a world containing sweet items, and i want to bring it into my own personnal world which is lackin in diamond. how do i do that?

It's not possible.
You can create a schematic with MCEdit of a structure, but not individual items.

You can use INVedit to see what items you have and add them to the other worlds.. But thats just the same as ... adding items in.
And as the other guy said, you can use MCEdit to bring over blocks and structures, but not the items themselves.

Did your world disappear from minecraft? Is it corrupt? Lags? Can't move? "Saving Chunks" Crash? Crashes when you open chests? It can be saved!

i know this is an old topic, but if I see something unanswered that I known answer to, I need to write it 
place the items u want to copy into chest, and then copy the chest to the other world using MCEdit
