Hello! Welcome to the OFFICIAL Clan thread of the Dark Brotherhood! In this thread you'll discover all about what we do, howto get our help and how to apply (if you want to!)
Our original description said this. We have changed a lot but this is basically what we're about.

What this is basically saying is that we are trying to get rid of griefers in a fun way. You might ask 'We have big brother/hawkeye, we don't need your help'. But before you spam this thread saying that, bear this in mind. They are plugins. Plugins have bugs. I (myself) have learnt many ways of tricking them, however posting them here would help griefers, and I do not want that.
It also states 'We are an elite clan'. This means we only accept the very best, a list of expectations can be found here.
What we do
Have a griefer on your server but don't know who it is? Thats where we come in. We find the griefer and tell you, before its to late..
Missions
Because of what we do you might be called out to do your job at any time. This is a very important part of our clan. You may be called on a mission at any time, however you can be in the clan but not do missions. On our clan forum is a regularly updated list of missions - only visible if your a freefighter and onwards.
How to get our help
Have a griefer on your server? Don't worry, contact us by doing this.
1: PM me with the problem and server IP
2: Wait for a reply and then white list (if you have one) the people I tell you to
3: Wait, we usually find griefers in under a day.
4: We will pm you the griefers name, a screenshot to prove it and tell you how to ban him if you do not know how to already
5: No step 5! Its a simple as the 4 steps above!

The Lore

It was a dark time, a time of despair, a time in which no life could hope for survival. For unnatural storms raged over the world that was known as Minecraftia. Mighty cities to puny villages, it mattered not, all crumbled to dust in their wake. Foul creatures marched from their lairs, enslaved by the hand of even more sinister beings, known under many names but most commonly as Griefers, they who spread havoc among the race of men.
Those who survived, formed up in Clans, groups who armed themselves against the evil that roamed the world. Clans were commonly divided in ranks and classes, every member providing their utter best of their abilities
to be able to withstand the enemy. Though professions, classes and ranks were all named differently in every Clan, they all used the same basic organization.
First of all were the leaders, powerful men who could slay whole armies on their own and outsmart anyone but the gods themselves. These leaders rescued those they could from the ever hungry mouths of evil
and fought legendary monsters to safe the poor and weak. Every now and then, such a figure would pick the most promising child of a village and raise him to his virtues. Though this child would return to his home one day to protect it to all his might, none could ever hope to recognize him for he had been turned into a cunning machine of slaying. Breathing not air, but the urge to kill, serve and protect.
When such a warrior had fulfilled many a dangerous mission which to a normal man, promised no hope of returning, they would be raised in rank to take their place at the side of the Clan leader. All members of the clan would from then on recognize that specific person as the Clan's viceroy. The viceroy would take the lead of missions that were most dangerous and required whole squads of warriors to fulfil and lead the clan in times that the leader vanished from the earth for yet another of his ever continuing schemes, only to return a month to a year later.
Following in power were the elites, most respected and eldest of the warriors. Such Clan members would often be in command of a small detachment of others. They were basically forming the lower officer class. When the clan was in its greatest need of skilled and wise soldiers to accomplish a task, these were the ones to call upon.
The Clansmen were the basic warriors, all skilled to a point no other mortal man could dream of, but nevertheless the weakest the clan could offer. With such a powerful core of soldiers, it was no surprise that the Clans were both, respected and feared by the normal people. Not truly members of the clan, the recruits were those who were spotted by the leaders. Watched narrowly to see how they developed and judge if they would be good enough to join, they were as much a part of the clan as they were not. supplying the system with a very confusing situation.
When the storms started to reach their peak, and the Griefers gained more power, the Clans started adopting villagers, offering them home in the Clan's fortresses and citadels. In return, the people provided the clan with food, smiths, builders etc. Such, strengthening both, the clan and the villagers which over time became one. Most notable of the Clans was the one known as "The Dark Brotherhood". A clan that existed out of assassins, even more elite and skilled than any other clan. Its founder was Greenwindu, eldest of the leaders.
This is were our story starts; A lone, soaked, figure standing on top of a cliff while the rain poured down from the skies, his dark cloak waving along his body, and his face darkened by the cap that was pulled over his head. Wearing matte blueish armour that seemed to have lost its shine. Watching over a burning village that was being pillaged by marauding Griefers accompanied by their minions. He had been too late, too late to save this village, too late to save his friends. This time, he had truly failed. He could only stand here and watch the poor settlement burn and hearing inncoent people being slain.
"I can not do this alone.." the words left his lips with effort.
The next morning he woke up with the sour taste of sadness still on his tongue. He rolled himself out of his cloak and swiftly raised to his feet. Down the cliff he could see the smoking remains of what was the village.
With a sigh he started the journey to the village, with a bit of luck there would still be some fresh supplies.
As he wandered along the road, if the muddy and treacherous pathway he was walking on could be called such, he felt the sun warming his skin. It was a strange feeling, as he hadn't seen the sun in weeks. Just as he wanted to stop to enjoy the small pleasure that was granted him, the sun disappeared again and the wind blew through his hair. With a grim face he continued his journey downwards.
As he arrived at the village, he took a piece of cloth from his overloaded belt and covered his face with it.
The strong smell of death and fire hang in the air forming an even more unpleasant smell than they could be alone. He looked around while he strolled through the village. The corpses were spread all over the place, some hang dangling in the air, a piece of rope bound around their necks, others were cut in half and had swapped with other people's half forming some kind of a deranged puzzle. It was a horrible sight and any other person would mentally collapse at such a showcase of gore, but not Greenwindu, he had seen far worse.
He held still at the place where once had been the inn and realised that just over a month ago he had sat there with his best friend drinking beer and joking about what would happen when the Griefers would find them.
Now it had happened and it had turned out completely different from their jesting stories. Slowly he walked through the remains of the inn and started digging just behind the place he thought there had been a bar. When he had removed the last of the cooled ashes he opened the iron hatch that had been concealed.
He went down and grinned in himself luckily the place had been protected with iron because here lay the village's greatest treasure: beer. He filled his flask with his favorite brew, and went to continue his journey. Just as he moved toward the door, he heard a strong voice.
"Don't you dare to move, I'm armed and not a little bit afraid to fight you".
A slim boy appeared from behind a barrel, armed with a knife. But when he saw Greenwindu he dropped his weapon. The boy seemed relieved at first but then anger replaced his relief. Greenwindu recognized the boy as one of the villagers. The boy was a survivor, the only survivor. While it was good that the boy had lived, he would only serve to slow Greenwindu down in his travels.
"You were not here!" the boy yelled at him.
"I was needed somewhere else." Greenwindu replied mournfully.
"You had promised to protect us!"
"I am not going to argue with you about what I've done wrong. I know what I've done wrong." He didn't feel like discussion today.
"I was too late and I regret it, but what do you want to do? stab me with your bloody knife? You dropped it because you know you can't fight me, now relax before you make a mistake"
"Kill them all.. Kill them all for me, please!"
'I can't kill them all, not by myself."
"Then I will kill 'em all!"
"If you kill one there will come 5 more to this land to avenge his death".
"Then it would take a whole army to destroy them."
"I can not do this alone.." The words resounded through his head.
"C'mon, get on moving you can't use anything here anyways" Greenwindu continued. He went up the stairs and started to move out of the village quickly. The boy followed, struggling to keep up with Greenwindu?s brisk pace.
"You are right," Greenwindu said, "It will take an army, so that's exactly what we're going to do. I will train you and we will forge an army to have our revenge." Greenwindu had recognized the boy as Capzook during their conversation, and decided he was a promising student.
With hatred burning in their hearts for their destroyed homes and slain friends and families, they set forth to talk to mighty kings and warlords to resist against the Griefers.
Head assassin Stealther is Capzook, Head Assassin is Greenwindu. Greenwindu is the leader of this clan
MUST:
Have more than 10 pages
Been active for more than a month
Have a leader with at least 10 rep and 100+ posts
Expectations
1: You must have a general amount of posts equal to or above 15.
2: You must have been playing for more than 2 months.
3: You must be patient.
4: You must be accepted by someone in point 8
5: You must fill out the entire application, and make sure it's detailed!
6: You must have decent grammar, if you do not speak english as a main language tell us via application.
7: The secret code is anything that ends with the letter 'S'
8: Only Greenwindu, Capzook and Hman145 can accept.
How to be Whitelisted
1: You must first be accepted into the clan!
2: You must PM Greenwindu saying this and add him on Skype.
3: Sign up on our website at http://mcdarkbrotherhood.tk/
4: You must give our clan 3 ideas/suggestions on how we could improve our clan (put this ON this thread).
5: You must be okay with the fact that you won't have much power to destroy blocks for the first few days until you gain trust.
6: We'll be whitelisting people after they do that.
Leader of the Clan is Greenwindu Second in command is Capzook, he is HaS (Head Assassin Stealther) Third in Command, and are very powerful within the clan are the elites. Currently we have Duco232 and Hman745 in this role.
Assassin Leader: Greenwindu, this is the leader of the entire clan.
Assassin Elite : Reserved for the most trusted members These people are very important, get to be an op, and many other things including accepting recruits and leading training.
Assassin Slayer : These people are very important. They are trusted and most of them are in the council.These guys have experienced griefers and know many ways to stop them.
Assassin Eliminator: These guys are quite trusted. Its for people who have experienced griefers, are trusted, but not yet ready for Slayer.
Assassin Combatist: These guys are trusted, and have been in the clan for a few weeks. This is the rank when you first get missions.
Assassin Freefighter : This rank is for people who have completed the steps to become a freefighter. These guys are allowed on the server.
Assassin Cadet : The starting rank, this is when you have been accepted but have not become a freefighter.
SPY RANKS
Head Assassin Stealther : Second in command of the entire clan. Capzook is the HaS
Assassin Stealther: At this rank you are called an elite, get to be an op, are very important. And when I say important, I mean VERY important.
Assassin Shadowlurker: Read what it says for slayer
Assassin Infiltrator: This rank is between Shadowlurker and Agent, its for people that have experienced griefers, are trusted, but not yet ready for Shadowlurker rank
Assassin Agent: These are trusted memebers which have been loyal to the clan for a few weeks. This is the rank where you start going on missions
Assassin Spy :When you have done the steps to become a spy (Read freefighter in combat ranks), then you become this rank. You become able to go on the server at this rank
Assassin Scout : The starting rank in spying ranks, you have this rank when you havem't done the steps to be a spy, but have been accepted. You are not allowed on the server at this point.
