I'm currently developing a button, which will be on the "Create a new world" screen, which will randomly generate you a seed of a list that I've done. This list has over 60 epic seeds.
Any thoughts of that? Worth developing further, and so on?

Random character generator? no
it pics from a list of established good seeds? no
Just post the list in the proper seeds forum and be done with it.

It would be nice if there was a list you could simply chose from, but it could be useless.

Every seed is "epic" if you walk far enough to find something interesting. Now that beds are implemented, walking far away from spawn isn't a bad thing.
