Main Features:
The lightsabers made from this mod can be used as a weapon and/or a mining tool. They are both stronger and faster than diamond tools and boast considerably better durability. As such, naturally, they are not easy tools to get early game. You will need to at least travel to the nether before you can even make the training sabers.
All lightsabers can be activated/deactivated simply by right clicking with it in your hand. If a held saber is deactivated and you attack with it, it will automatically activate for you and then deactivate again after you stop using it.
Recipes:
Crystal Seed
The heart of any good lightsabers is a good crystal. However, the collection of usable crystals in the Minecraft world is insufficient, so instead let us make an artificial one. They can be made in one of three colors.
Small Crystal
The crystal seed is a nice start, but it is not strong enough to make a working lightsaber with. Cooking it in a furnace should help make it just strong enough to use though.
Training Saber
The small crystal is not powerful enough to make a great weapon, but it can make a training saber, which should last for a much longer time and looks way cooler than a wooden sword.
Crystal Incubator
If you want to make a stronger weapon, you will need to get a more powerful crystal. For that, you will need to make yourself a crystal incubator.
LS Crystal
A few small crystals placed inside your incubator will grow and merge together to produce a crystal worthy of a legendary weapon. In order for your incubation to work properly, you will need to have both a heat source and some moisture nearby. The natural incubation process takes some time, but if you are impatient, you can always pay some XP levels to speed the process up.
Lightsaber
That is a very nice looking crystal you have there now. A lot of hard work and tears went into making it, I'm sure. The recipes to make a full lightsaber are very similar to the ones for making a training saber.
You can also use an Endergized Power Cell made with a Dragon Egg in the center.
Reclaim Crystal
When your lightsaber gets low on health, you can dismantle it and place the crystal back in the incubator to slowly heal it again at any time.
Warning! TNT is highly explosive. Always use extreme caution when handling.
Crystal Fertilizer
Not all lightsabers are created equally. Some have special attributes that make them work better than others.
Merely by adding special materials to the crystals during the incubation growing process will enhance the final crystal.
All Fertilizers are made with four(4) Bonemeal and four(4) Gold Nuggets around a special material.

Crafting a Lightsaber Hilt Pieces or Lightsaber in an Enhanced Inventories Worktable creates an item with random attributes instead of the correct attributes.

Just a small note for you, I noticed when watching. You do not have to pay that high amount of levels to grow your crystals. That XP cost is only if you are impatient and want your crystal "now". Otherwise you can just wait for it to fully mature on it's own.
I'm busy working on v1.2 which will fix a rare bug I've discovered. In the mean time, to help avoid the bug, be sure to respawn after dying instead of just exiting to the main menu from the respawn menu.

Due to an oversite in our testing department, v2.0 was accidentally released with Dynamic Lights labeled internally as a required mod. This has been fixed for further updates to treat the Dynamic Lights mod as an optional addon.
