I have had my account for months, but now my neighbor wants to play with me. We are trying to buy his account yet it won't work. We have tried 3 different credit cards and none of them work. Can someone help us with this and/or give us a step-by-step guide?

i megafucked his server due to him firing me as admin. I stood up for myself when the members were harassing me and I banned about 50 of them then griefed it and ddosed it cause they said I was too strict lol. We don't talk much anymore.
