I recommend Ovo's Rustik Pack, it's pretty decent overall but I think it really shines in buildings.
When people say 'plz' because its shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it is shorter than 'yes'.

I just found out why I am not an architect... I never thought you can build such a small and nice house in Minecraft. I bookmarked this, I will go home and try it tonight, I want the fence area to be larger so I can add a pool and a small garden within the fence.

Just stopping in to say that the "glass block + half-step = basement window" thing is absolutely genius. Great looking little house, OP. Thanks a lot.

I just made one, very nice looking and fits in well with a snowy forest biome.

Here, have a :Sheep: , just because everyone gives diamonds.

Wow, thank you guys (and many more) for posting such nice replies! Make sure to show it to other people if you want! :D
I'm planning on making a house in a save without using invedit with two stories and in a cool mountain area! Make sure to check this out later! I've already begun! :D

I thought I could share another or my good looking builds that I built with Jolicraft!
This was 100% done legit (it took forever to gather the wool) and I did not follow any tutorial. I don't think I need a tutorial on this because it's quite easy to figure out (or maybe I'm just too lazy, whatever). But feel free to ask if you wonder something.

View of the main level, note that I built redstone lamps which can be turned on and off (though I did use brighter redstone torches mod back when I built it).

Second level where I have my bed and other things, looks really nice in the sunset! :P
