Hey are there any people out there that want a friend or two on steam who don't cuss? Cause me and my friend really need some people to play games with but we don't like cuss words. (And most people online like to swear a lot) My steam is MONK3YMOLOTOV if anybody's interested. And if you are wondering about my age.. I am 15. We would be playing all sorts of games from BF3 to MC. We just want to have another person in our group who doesn't cuss every other word ya know?
Gotta love the irony of a guy worried about some words when he's named after a home made weapon that horribly burns people and objects it's thrown at. Violence is funny, some bad words are worth missing out on potential friends for. Here's a tip OP, swear words are only offensive if you want them to be.
I don't think cussing is right, or that there is a good reason to do it. That being said, I rarely cuss, and the worst it comes to is Cr**
My friends have been inactive lately, and I would love to join your gamer circle. Expect Collapsing Might to friend you on steam.
I would, but MC is probably the only game you play that I play was well. I'm more into 4x and Strategy games.

Not to be rude but swearing just makes people seem ignorant and stupid most of the time. Of course it depends on the situation and context but in general that's how I feel.
I have never cussed in my life. I'm a teenaged boy, and have been on the Internet for approximately 6 years.
I agree with SlamDrag's point that swearing makes you seem ignorant.

I used to have a good signature, but it got nerfed.
It only seems that way because you were told to think that way. If you really think about it you'll see how dumb it is to care about some words more than others. Is poop a bad word/does it make someone seem ignorant? Why do people think the "sh" word is offensive when it means the exact same thing? People teach babies to say poop but if they taught them the sh word people would lose their minds and might even call child services for negligence or abuse.
Also curse words change all the time. Some of you are too young to remember but not even 20 years ago you couldn't say stuff like "ass" or "god damn" on TV but now most normal stations will have no issue with it, because most people don't. Some paranoid people see that as society crumbling but more rational see it as people realizing the words have no meaning unless you choose to be offended. In 20 years they'll be dropping F bombs on the tonight show, hopefully.
TL;DR= Don't live your life according to what offends sensitive fools.
I never swear in front of other people or online. I made this "rule" for myself when I was a lot younger, and although it doesn't actually matter anymore, I've still kept it up purely out of habit.
Goodness gracious! You're gosh darn right about this swearing poo poo. Golly, sometimes I wonder where the heck modern youths hear these freaking words.
I only turn off my swear mode when I have to, like at work or around old ladies or little kids. Any other time I let fly like a sailor and if people don't like it I have a specific curse word phrase to explain how I feel about their outrage.
Btw this kind of conversation is awkward on a site that bans words. When I have to dance around the word even though it's obvious what I'm saying it feels pretty insulting to everyones intelligence.
I'm sorry everyone. I didn't mean to start a war. But I must say: It is all opinions. My opinion is that swearing is not a good thing. Some people have the opinion that it doesn't matter. The only thing I really can't stand is taking the Lord's name in vain. Yes I have religious parents. But that has nothing to do with why I can't stand it. The Lord is my personal savior. So I get mad when people throw around his name like it's nothing. He saved us all. So if you cuss.. Fine. Go ahead. But don't use the Lord's name in vain. It is a sin. Sin always leads to death. And I don't think you guys want to die.
Okay just kidding.
I'm sure there are many people who can control themselves not to curse. I try not to curse in games (and in life).

Or you know, you think swearing is classless.
