I have aether
Mo creatures
Titans
GUI API
Baby Animals
PlasticCraft
Wolves Extended
ShockAhPI
Zan Minimap
Modloader
Audioloader
Zeppelin mod
itemSpriteAPI
MovePlus
BTW doesn't work with the aether mod
They all work together but BTW wont :sad.gif:
Also I am not sure what is going on but I think BTW messed up nether portals (Only mods installed; BTW, Forge, Modloader). I can make a portal to the nether and go their just fine. On the return trip it makes a new portal out in the middle of nowhere. This can also be seen in Battosay52 episode 7 “recap”. Youtube Link I have tried disabling the newly build portal but it will just build a new one.
thats not due to the mod. the reason that happens is the way Notch coded the portals and nether. unless you walk just one block out of the portal and then back in, the first time you enter the nether, the game will count your steps, multiply them by 8 and then put a portal that many blocks away in that direction you went, in the real world. this can be a voided bu the one block method, or building another portal in the nether. (only happens the first time) try building another portal in the nether.
why wouldn't you like to kill wolves...or better,kill them,revive them,wash,rinse,repeat.?
because I'm a WOLF furry! I like wolves, I don't want to kill them! Thats why I wanted to find a way to disable the parts of the mod I don't want. I only want the stuff like elevators and other NON wolf hating items.

No need to disable any part of the mod to do that. Simply play normally. If you don't kill your wolves, you won't get any wolfchops. If you don't use a block dispenser on them, you won't get a companion cube. And I can't imagine you putting a companion cube inside a stonemill or on a saw, so no problem there either. It's all in the way you use the features of the mod.

When I downloaded it, it didn't work. I asked around and everyone said that it was currently incompatible with 1.7.3. Is this still the case, or is the problem fixed?

The Minecraft Pocket Companion for Android is out now! The community's go-to resource for information on all things Minecraft - including IndustrialCraft², BuildCraft, and Better Than Wolves mods!
The file title/splashes.txt in minecraft.jar contains all the different messages that you see when starting minecraft, and FlowerChild overwrites this file with his own.
If you don't want to use the title screen splash messages provided by Better Than Wolves, then simply delete MINECRAFT-JAR/title/splashes.txt from the BTW files before you copy them into your minecraft.jar, and the original splashes.txt will not be overwritten.
Since you have already overwritten the original splashes.txt, you will have to get a clean minecraft.jar and then reinstall BTW without the BTW splashes.txt as explained above to get the default welcome banners back. Or, if you have a clean backup copy of minecraft.jar, then you can copy the original splashes.txt from there into your current minecraft.jar. Whichever way is easier for you.
Sorry im a bit late with the gratitude but thnx for help :smile.gif:

I have to agree. Went into my old portal, arrived in the Nether, went back in, back into my world.
The logic, reason and insight behind the mod & interview was exceptional.
Well done.
Best of luck for all your future endeavours.
There think I got though that with dignity intact...maybe.
Cheers
Rooks.

Sorry if someone else already said this, I don't read 643 whole pages looking for the answer!
Woo, first post!
Read the subject line.
You need to use a bellows to stoke the fire beneath your cauldron before you can cook things into glue or tallow.
