OK. I used to have an account by the name of Marioc12345, but now it always says "Login Failed" or on the website "Invalid username or password. I clicked the "Forgot password?" button, and put in my name and it said something about a java exception with the account not being on the list. Then, i tried again, and it said:"An email was recently sent to that user!" And i tried my e-mail and it said:"Couldn't find that user." It is making me angry! I tried to contact Mojang Support and they haven't got back to me yet. It has been 3 weeks since i sent it. I had already paid for it. I have 2 questions about this:
1. Can anyone help with this problem?
and
2. Is it OK if i use the cracked launcher until it gets fixed?

payment@mojang.com then do so including proof of purchase (and be business-like). I wouldn't use any hacks in the interim. I keep seeing posts from people who have issues when they start using the legit software but your call.

No, it's technically not okay to use the cracked launcher. You probably shouldn't have asked. You also should have used a more descriptive subject instead of one that's going to have people yelling about pirating, and you should have asked in the support forum where people are more willing to give you tech support.
