Captcha verification failed, please try again.

each time i try and create an account for minecraft it says Captcha verification failed, please try again. what does this mean and how do i fix it? i have tried makeing an account a ton of times with the same thing popping up and i closed out of it and waited a while and still it pops up

Register or log in to remove.

Enter the captcha. (the box where it shows an image of 2 words which you have to type in to prove you are a human and not some random bot)

But i can't see the captcha! See:

Disabling Javascript did not fix this. I think it might be a flaw with the page. =/
Did your world disappear from minecraft? Is it corrupt? Lags? Can't move? "Saving Chunks" Crash? Crashes when you open chests? It can be saved!

I tried, don't work. I can see all captchas of the net, except this one.

Same. I tried everything. I was even able to see the captcha for registering for the forums. But not for Minecraft.net

same problem here. fixed by trying with IE, you have to click the pale-yellow banner at the top of the page, and navigate a small menu to get it temporarily fixed. not sure what causes this or how to have a more permanent solution, but this worked for me.
