[FXStrato]

First off, I did not create this pack. I simply took it up and recreated it with a few twists to make it 1.4 compatible.
This was originally Soulscribe's Rezcraft, a Tron-inspired texture pack. I have taken the burden of continuing this legacy.

SORRY FOR THE INCREDIBLY LONG WAIT. I ACTUALLY WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A WHILE, AND was working on Finals for school. Probably after this year, im going to give this project up; found other things to do. So im going to try my best to keep this up to date. 1.8 was a failure, as  i lost interest... my bad.

GRATS to NaGeL182 for the new 1.0.0! I'll look into it some more, see if there's anything that could be changed. But here you go, take a look!

Instructions:
1. If you haven't used the HD Texture fix yet, please do. Check everything, and click okay to patch. Don't forget to set it to 64x64.
2. Take the downloaded file and place it here: AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\texturepacks
3. You can go to the run command at start for windows and type this in to get to appdata, which is hidden: %appdata%
4. NOTE: For me, foliage color, grass color and custom lava and water don't show up, so i do this:
Go into the bin folder and open up the minecraft.jar with winrar or 7zip, and drag these files into it like this:
::grasscolor.png and foliagecolor.png go into the misc folder.
::custom_lava_flowing.png, custom_lava_still.png, custom_water_flowing.png, and custom_water_still.png go into the root of the jar.
You should now see the changes in game.

- Added in Adron_Scott's new gold and diamond blocks, making an iron one in the process as well, as well as making a lapis lazuli block similar to diamond but bluer. 
- Changed default texture skin to a Daft Punk like Tron skin. Like the DJ in the bar. :iapprove:

This is far better than other 'so-called' Tron themed packs I've seen, doesn't look as... DEAD.
I think it's the variation in patterns, not all square outlines. (I'm loving the hexagon grid and circuitry ore)
Whatever you did to that pack it's worked.

I like how you brightened (sharpened) everything up a bit during the day it does seem a bit too bright.
I like the different items they are a bit too colorful though.
I need to make a new moon texture to resemble the portal Zedas's looks awesome but doesn't work so...
I am a bit skeptical of the glow-stone and I don't like the non digital  portal, water, and lava.
The wolf looks amazing I usually don't like higher res mobs but it seems to blend in pretty well with the ones I made and the mine cart texture is just awesome.

Needs to be more dark. everything is too bright to fit in Tron theme
Or if there was a way to kill the sky and make it smoky pitch black then this brightness would be perfect.

Also i would like to draw attention of Soulwynd ( he made the shaders for Rezcraft by Soulscribe ) and request to create shader files and textures for this remix.

Thank u all for the uptake. As of now, I'll leave it slightly brighter since I know people have issues with looking at the screen while the textures are that dark. If you want a darker version, check out the before made terrains in the discontinued thread and add some of the textures made in here.

I love how you just took it out of your sig. I might add it in later when I figure out how to take away the darker blue from the brighter edges.

I can make a darker version, if anyone wants it. I also might fix the glowstone; yeah, it looks a bit off. As for the custom lava and water, i just like motion, and i didn't have the know-how to make a custom lava and water that resembled the one made by soulscribe. If anyone knows how to make a custom lava and water that has digital waves, please do. I will post them as part of the credits.

Added a darker texture to more resemble the tron world; the custom lava and water are still there, but if you don't want it, simply delete them and get rid of them; i have them there for people who like to see motion for their liquids.

2 things
1] I would like to see a Lightcycle and Light disc... I mean, i understand difficulties with the light cycle, but the Identity disc should be moderately simple...
2] I hate the new lightstone blocks.... Ive made entires floors with the solid white blocks because they're like flynns hideout flooring. they're all ruined with the blue circle in the middle.... change it back, or tell me how to use the soulscribe light blocks..

Other than that, i like the majority of the changes. You left alot of things as they should be. except the light stone blocks. og, and the fire/lava should be blue... and the water should be an aqua green.... it'd make more sense.

but please, identity disc sword and/or arrows....

There's an alternative, without the new lightstone up now. As for the light disc, the arrows are technically the disc. The bow also is the disk, just a bit more colored to represent that it is a bow. As for the lightcycle, that is going to be difficult, considering the shape of the minecart. Still working with water and lava... like i said, if you dont like it, you can delete the custom lava and water so you dont have to use it.

you should also manipulate the sword into light discs, with the color of the circuitry depending on th material you use to craft it.

i love the water and lava. i just think they should be more tron like in color. in the films, energy [the equivalent to water] is depicted as an aqua green. lava should also have a more digital color to it, like blue.

it'd really add to the feel of the area.

also, i noticed my characters skin was forced to a color.... i think if thats to happen, it should be a plain black with a dark grey hex pattern. then the armor should have circuitry colors instead so i dont have to be blue.

just some ideas. im really glad you're replying and listening tho. its really appreciated. alot of people kinda think they know what you want, instead of actually listening. thanks for that.

I like your ideas, but i lack the ability to fully create what you want. I can probably make the swords the discs, and change the coloring, but it's going to take me a while to make the water and lava. If you have the time, can you make some for me? I would like community help, as I myself am interested in keeping this texture pack as well suited as possible.

lol, i would love t help, but i also lack the abilities to fully create what i want lol. thats why i appreciate the fact you're taking the torch from soulscribe. maybe if we ask him politely enough, he could help with the water/lava, and the armor config/id disc colors of course... maybe if i was givin a guide what to do.... maybe i could learn and possibly contribute once i get the hang of it. id love to have helped construct this texture pack. its so amazing...


in the meantime, Im gonna try and do some shopping around for some people that're good with working with that sort of stuff to see if maybe they can help boost this pac further. i advise you seek somepeople too lol.

i about cried when i saw the mobs btw. i love their skins.

As for the mob skins, I believe Gunninja did most of them, there were other contributions, such as the creeper skin; i made the wolf skin.

do you know where i can find a guide how to do this type of work? i can learn pretty quickly. im tech savvy, so is my best friend. and we have grand ideas.

the wolf skin is the best one by far. be proud of that one. it really sucks that wolves are so uncommon lol. you should do skins for the other mobs.

i actually am currently in love with the disc arrows. finally someone added that in! you'll take this pack in an excellent direction, no doubt.

Thank u. Adron, we can make a good team. . As far as I know, you can search up some tutorials for Photoshop if you have it; or you can use Gimp, and even Paint to make item sprites. As for the other mobs, I have considered making them hi-rez, but some people like Gunninja like it lower for some reason... that would mean making another download link.
