Prince Of MineCraftia V1.9

Hey!, my name is FloddyFosh and this is my very first puzzle / adventure map!
But don't expect too little things from me...

This map has around 30+ (some original) puzzles and a little bit of a story/adventure with ofcourse alot of hidden secrets!
I don't know how long it takes you to finish it, but believe me, it will take a while.

It's possible to play this map with 2 people, only on the end there will be a portal. But don't worry, the map is still
big enough to have alot of fun together . But if you really want to play in the Nether, there is now a download link where you can download the entire Nether + .schematic.

I suggest you play on peaceful, because I didn't add any mob spawners and most of the part it's just puzzles, no fighting! But I added weapons, food and armour to the map so it's possible to play on harder difficulties. But watch out!, can blow up alot of mechanics and that could ruin the puzzles !

The Nether for Multiplayers
Because multiplayers can't enter the Nether with a portal, Zirind added a download link where you can download

Objective:
Find the secret weapons and find as many gold pieces as you can!! (And post on the forum how many you found !
The amount of is your score .

Estimated playtime:
2,5 hours minimum? But not really looking for and bit of cheating?

It took me 1hour and 20 minutes to go through the whole level, collecting all of the ,
not completing puzzles but just destroying the door and using a fly/speed hack.
And I even know where all of the hidden secrets are .

SPOILER! A list of all the items that can be found in the map:

- 156 (V1.7) or 158 (V1.8) (I could be missing 1 or 2, but I'm quite sure )
- 2x leather armor.
- 1x iron armor.
- 1x gold armor.
- 1x chainmail armor.
- 2x diamond armor (Hidden very very well!, I wonder who finds them ! )
- Multiple swords.
- Bow and arrows.
- Alot of food, and yup, there's cake, and 7 golden apples.
- The Bible?
- A wolf!
- Few junk items.

Rules:
- DON'T BREAK BLOCKS! 'Neither paintings!' (except if told otherwise in the game, for example: flint and steel)
- DON'T PLACE BLOCKS! (again except if told otherwise, only once i believe)
- Only use items you find in chests, and delete them if said so in the game.
- You are allowed to take arrows out of dispensers.
- No mods, no cheats, no hacks.

Found just some tiny bugs:

- Somewhere underground, puzzle with floodgates and water. When you open the floodgate, check if the water floats, and isn't stuck somewhere. Most of the time it works, but not always.

- In the same room there is some wool behind a door that's hard to burn down. Just remove one of the blocks of wool, then u can burn it down ...

- After the ice puzzle, up running to the next puzzle there is somewhere a cobblestone block in the way. U can remove it .

The epicness is off the scales. The puzzles, the scenery and the mechanisms are all top-notch. Getting new items is like "upgrading" and gaining new ability, which I enjoy a lot. This is one of the best maps I've seen, and I've added to my personal list of Minecraft masterpieces. to you.

After playing for 2.5 hours, I've reached the area where I believe is the latest:

the doggie. However, it's path-finding is buggy, so I'm currently stuck there. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

In the room where you have to get inside the glass shelter after burning the wool, it appears that the wool at the corners are not completely burnt out, leaving pillars of gravel blocking the exit. I had to break the gravel to find the exit.

There is a hole on the glass floor in the room just before getting the fishing rod.

I will take a look at the bug reports you posted. The "dog maze puzzle thingy" is not the end, but you are nearly there =)! And it works for me, even though it's a bit buggy.

About the wool room. It didn't block the exit for me, but I think I will lower the gravel in front of the exit a bit.

How many gold pieces did you get so far btw ?

pff, i played your lvl but the only thing where i got to was opening the door to start your adventure, i only got 3 gold pieces, i don't know what to do, can't you make a youtube film or something please?

Little bit of help

The first thing you got to do in the beginning is find a piece of clay to put on the pressure plate in the "Indoor garden". When u did that you will notice a door opens right above you. Now it's your task to find a way up there !
Hint: The first part u need to jump alot. You are allowed to jump on anything you can reach (tree, roof, etc.).

If u are still struggling just ask me.

Maybe i'm gonna do a youtube vid later, but I would love to see others making a vid first . Then I can see how people react on certain things .

I've been struggling with it, especially with lag and doing the beginning jumping channel. But when I died and had the random spawn I started to rage and had to reset the map. Maybe lower the area so you don't have fall damage if the respawn is so awkward? Still I am enjoying it.

Did you play on peaceful ? You shouldn't take too many fall damage in the beginning =/.

i just had my first run. died after the first use of {SMILIES_PATH}/flintnsteel.png ...
my score is between 40 and 50

found no bugs, but here is a suggestion for improvement:

i accidently broke the glasbock under the outcomming minecart at the first minecart puzze.
you could replace it with something robust.

you could place a secret chest under the big tree, licke that:
