I've been working on this pack for a while, and I thought now would be a good time to release what I have created so far.

This pack was originally just for me to recreate my local area but now i offer it to you. Change your Minecraft Cities from bright, vibrant places to a dark, dank and mouldy (not to mention realistic(ish)) urban enviroment.

Note: The flowing water still looks kinda funny, it is the only thing i have to work on now.

V0.6- Now with more textures, weapons and armour! riot control uniform and hooded shirt!

v0.7- finished paintaings! and different (maybe not better) grass and some wool
v0.8- finished the grass....again. more armour and swords aswell some finished textures!
v0.81-made another edit to the water texture.
v0.9 - fantastic new water textures! (which i didnt make!)
v0.95- new wool!
v0.99-something
v1.01- updared for mincraft update!
v1.5 - New mobs
v1.7 - Finally updated to 1.7 now with hatches, wildgrass, maps and pistons (still WIP)

wooden sword: cricket/baseball bat
stone sword: truncheon/night stick
iron sword: good old fashion knife. great for shanking.
gold sword: PIMP CANE!
diamond sword: shiny knife i suppose

minecarts based on southwest london trains. expect delays!

hmmmmm..... strange, it worked for the people who helped test it. are you sure you downloaded and installed MC patcher. i found that the 1.1.12_02 version worked best for me. sorry about that.

Yeah, you need mc patcher to have the custom water and lava. and yes, the pictures are graffiti and the small ones are signs

Hey, I love this texture pack. I started making A city just to see what atmospheric effect it would give and it looked so awesome I decided to continue the project to a full sized city. If this is ok with you I would like to release the map on the forums saying it looks best with this thread. Here are some images!

Alright thanks. I was planning on putting the link in the thread and also I put in the spawn room a suggestion to use this. It could get released sometime maybe in early May? But diamonds for you. Just one thing,have you thought about what mobs would be? If its going to be modern maybe zombies can be a theif or something or you can keep them like normal zombies in your own style. Just an idea really.

i am planning on updating the mobs but unfortunatly away for the week so i'll be able to start next saturday/sunday. i probably wont "urban-ise" the passive mobs seeing as there isn't much i can do

I totally lost track of this pack until you submitted it on the artist's guild site! -bad me- haven't seen it since the beginning. the mobs are great... totally made me lol pimp suit and cane is awesome too(I suggested it on several idea threads and never saw one done) always said I am gonna make gold armor/sword the same as yours! (totally original textures of course )

the   looks like can you fix it or change it because it looks weird and it confuses me
