Friend got this too on a AMD card but his is older. Looks like a shadow issue. Sorry but its 4k xD
i've seen this already and i don't know where this came from but it will be fixed in v5, because i'm just waiting for chocapic13 v4.1
if v4.1 from chocapic is out i'will cange the base of my shader to v4.1
i've already started merging code with beta 4.4, but my version will have POM and Normalmapping, but there are a lot of bugs in beta 4.4 so i will only take water reflections

i will publish a new shader in a few days,
i call it the SEUS v8 remake because it looks like seus v8 but it's completly chocapic13 based (hard work to find the right colors and settings, but this shader doesn't provides support for POM

- Activated hidden Lens Features (like Lens Haloing)
- Cleaned up the Code = removed composite2
- Brighter Middays
- New Color system for Contrast
- DOF Profiles now are configurable with #define lines
- Little Changes of Waving Water Effect
- Rain Fixes:
- Removed Shadows while Raining
- Removed Lens Flare while Raining
- Removed Godrays while Raining
- Waving Effect Strength increases with Rain Level
