Do NOT go with MinecraftGSP as a server provider.
I signed up with them on the 24th of March (after NOT doing my research first here), thought they looked reputable. After 4 days of waiting for a response, I got concerned, and attempted to contact them with no response, and then cancelled my account (28th of March). I received my account signup information today (April 1st), after having them charge my credit card automatically as of the 29th of March.
Now I have to pursue getting them to refund my money, for which I have yet to receive a response.
So. Do YOUR homework before selecting a Minecraft server host. I must say this is the first bad webhost experience I have ever had. At least it was only $14.99 and not my main family banking account, but lesson learned. I hope this information helps someone else.
As a note, I signed up with Brohoster 3 days ago, and have been very happy with the response and the server so far.
