I tried to make a texture pack and i copied all the files form the minecraft.jar into a new file (the old ones were still there) when i had done it wouldnt actually change anything in game so i deleted the pack, However every time i now try go into the Minecraft.jar folder it says this message
'failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from C:\user\Name\appdata\roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar'
Is there any help? ive turned my computer off and on etc and its still not letting me in the file...
I dont have minecraft running or anything neither.
Would doing the thing where you delete the bin and texture packs folder and restarting minecraft help?

How are you trying to open it? I'd recommend getting 7zip or winrar and using them. You can't just open it like a folder.
