Very nice.  Makes me want more stuff to plant and harvest.  I would like Minecraft to have as much farming depth as Harvest Moon one day.

As far as I'm aware, cacti and sugarcanes don't need light to grow, so make a roof above that area and plant your crops!

I think will build a very tall smoothstone tower in place of where the little house is.  Got any suggestions for a good design?

I'm working on schematics for this right now, we could turn it into a challange on which one of us makes the better looking replica.

That is a sweet little farm you got your self there, you should put in a cobble stone farm to finish it off

I like it! The only thing tho, I don't really like the mine, as it would make more sense to have it on layer 12 or 14. Other than that, its pretty awesome!
