Not reciving any Confirmation Email

I have the old minecraft user and i am trying to migrate my user as I want to stream directly from the game. I have been waiting for this corfirmation mail that i get to confirm the email my account is setup to is mine for 5-7 hours now. Ive tried everything but the email won't show up in my inbox. Has anyone had the same problem? Is there something im doing wrong? Please help Posted Image

have you tried logging into mojang.com with your email/password?

I can't use my email to login to mojang.com since my account is not migrated. I of course then tried to migrate my account but I need to confirm that im the one that bought the minecraft account by verifying a link they send to me on email. However, I have been waiting for this verification email for 5-7 hours. I don't have any idea what to do and im in need of help.

no worries, hopefully customer support will be able to resolve the issue for you as soon as they can (if you do have to mail them)
