After meditating and putting on my aluminum foil telepathy hat I have come up with: He's trying to use that command line to start his minecraft server on Win 7 and probably does not have a batch file or has an error in it. I also am getting the vibe that he has not gone to viewtopic.php?f=10&t=140579 for server setup. I also sense a disturbance in the Force but that could just be that burrito I ate.

No, it can't be the burrito. I feel the disturbance as well.

I too felt the disturbance, it was if a million chickens cried out and were suddenly silenced......
