Hello Minecraftians,

everytime I try to connect to any server, even when logging in on a server on localhost, I get this error:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

I have been able to play on my own server for ages until this week.

When the error occurs, my server lists this error:
[INFO] Preparing start region
[INFO] Done (654584976ns)! For help, type "help" or "?"
[INFO] /127.0.0.1:50859 lost connection

So, my MC is trying to connect, but fails to do so in the process.

Additional information:
-OS: Windows 7 64bit
-Connection: 20mb down, 1mb up
-Browser: Chrome

Things I already tried:
-Using the search button
-Turning off firewall/virusscanner
-Reinstalling Minecraft
-Removing everything related to minecraft in regedit.exe
-Reinstalling java enviroment
-Loging in on a different user in Windows

People have had this problem before and it always seemed like it was a problem on the minecraft.net side, but this time it is not the case.
No, minecraft.net is not down, not having problems atm.

Anyone can help me out with this?
I am not a retard and I know how to work with computers, but this problem is making me scratch my head.

Thanks,
thijsiee
